She rolled up her sleeves and came to our house to help clean it out. She and I spent days cleaning, and her knowledge of the laws, permits, contractors, etc., was beyond what I could hope for in that situation. Now, fast forward, she is still helping me with the house to get it back on the market. In June, we asked Melissa to help us buy a house, and just like that, she came through AGAIN. We now have peace of mind to continue the repairs on the other house.
